The KrewDash dispatch board is where unassigned jobs live. You post a job, your crew sees it on their phones, and whoever wants it claims it. You approve the claim or decline it. The KrewDash map is a team view of every door your reps have knocked. A rep marks a door in two taps with a status symbol and color, leaves a callback, or books a job right from the pin. You can draw a territory and say whose it is, and see doors knocked, conversations, quotes and bookings per rep.

Commissions & leaderboard

KrewDash keeps a commission ledger: when a job is booked and completed, it works out what each rep and each technician earned. Two reps can split one job. Reps see what they have booked but not yet earned, and a leaderboard shows who is ahead. You can also turn on an optional commission ladder that raises a rep's rate as they book more in a period.

Every crew member gets their own login to the KrewDash crew portal, on their phone. They see their schedule, claim jobs from the board, and see exactly what they have earned, what has been paid and what is pending. Because the numbers are visible as jobs complete, there is no end-of-week argument about pay.
