Comparison

Jobber vs KrewDash for window cleaning businesses

Jobber is a mature, general field-service app with a polished calendar, quoting, invoicing and online payments, priced by plan and by user. KrewDash is being built specifically for window and exterior cleaners who run door-to-door reps and pay crew per job, at one flat price. If you mainly need invoicing and card payments today, Jobber is the stronger tool. If your pain is canvassing, rep commissions and crew pay, KrewDash is built around that.

What Jobber publishes about its pricing

As of September 30, 2026, Jobber lists four plans. Core starts at $49 per month billed month to month. Connect is $139, Grow is $199 and Plus is $499 on month-to-month billing, and annual billing brings each price down. Each plan includes a set number of users and lists $29 per month for every additional user.

Features step up by plan. Quotes, invoicing, online payments and online booking are on Core. Automated client reminders and QuickBooks sync arrive on Connect. Two-way SMS and job costing are listed on Grow. Pipeline, crew scheduling and custom reports are listed on Plus.

That ladder is sensible for a business that wants to add features as it grows. The catch for a crew business is that every person you add is another line on the bill.

Where Jobber is stronger

  • Payments and invoicing. Jobber takes card payments online and runs invoices and quotes end to end. KrewDash does not process card payments yet.
  • Integrations. Jobber lists 100+ tool integrations and a QuickBooks sync. KrewDash does not have an accounting sync.
  • Track record. Jobber has been around for years and is widely reviewed. KrewDash is new and is being built with its first customers.
  • A polished calendar. Independent reviewers consistently call Jobber's drag-and-drop calendar one of the best in the category.

Where KrewDash fits better

  • You sell door to door. KrewDash has a team canvassing map, territories, callbacks and a per-rep funnel. How the map works.
  • You pay reps and techs per job. The commission ledger works out what each person earned, lets two reps split a job, and shows each person their own numbers. Commissions and leaderboard.
  • You want one price. $297 a month covers your whole team, however many reps and techs you add. The $97 plan covers the owner plus two crew.
  • You want a say in the product. Every customer can request a feature and vote, and the most-requested ones go into the next build. See the request board.

Who should pick which

Pick Jobber if invoicing, card payments and accounting sync are your top needs and you run a small crew that does not sell door to door. Pick KrewDash if you run reps, pay on commission, and want the canvassing-to-crew-pay loop in one app. Some owners will want both for a while: KrewDash for the crew and the sales side, and their existing invoicing tool until card payments arrive.

Switching from Jobber

Onboarding is done for you. Tell the team what lives in your current system during setup, and they help you move customers and job history over rather than starting from zero. You can run both for a few weeks while your crew gets used to the new app.
