Tag every door. Own your territory.

A canvassing map for door-to-door sales crews

The KrewDash map is a team view of every door your reps have knocked. A rep marks a door in two taps with a status symbol and color, leaves a callback, or books a job right from the pin. You can draw a territory and say whose it is, and see doors knocked, conversations, quotes and bookings per rep.

What you can do

How it works

  1. 1A rep opens the map on their phone. Their location and nearby doors appear.
  2. 2After a knock, they tap the door and choose a status symbol and color: no answer, not interested, callback, quoted or booked.
  3. 3They can leave a callback that comes back to them, or book a job straight from the pin.
  4. 4The owner draws a territory, says whose it is, and reshapes it later.
  5. 5Everyone sees every rep's doors on one team map, with the rep's name on each pin. The legend filters the map, and pins cluster when you zoom out.
  6. 6Stats per rep show doors knocked, conversations, quotes and bookings, with close rate worked out from conversations.

Who it is for

Window cleaning companies that win work by knocking on doors, with one rep or several. It is built for owners who want to see which doors were hit, what happened and how each rep converts.

What it does not do yet

It does not collect payment at the door yet; tap to pay is on the request board. Ask for it.

What it looks like in practice

Illustrations of the workflow for a window cleaning company, not customer stories.

Example: an evening on one street

A rep works a street and tags twelve doors: five no answer, three not interested, two callbacks, one quote and one booked job. The callbacks come back to the rep on the dates they promised. The owner sees the same map and knows the street has been covered.

Example: two reps, two territories

The owner draws two territories and assigns one to each rep. Neither rep knocks the other's doors. When one rep moves on, the owner reshapes the territory and reassigns it.

Does it work on a phone with poor signal?

A door marked while offline or with no signal is kept rather than lost.

Can I plan a route for the day?

Yes. You can plan a day route and open turn-by-turn navigation in Google or Apple Maps.

Yes. A rep books a job straight from a door pin.
