The crew's phone. Jobs, board, pay.
A crew portal where contractors see what they have earned
Every crew member gets their own login to the KrewDash crew portal, on their phone. They see their schedule, claim jobs from the board, and see exactly what they have earned, what has been paid and what is pending. Because the numbers are visible as jobs complete, there is no end-of-week argument about pay.

What each screen shows

Commission
What is owed, upcoming, pending, sent and paid, with the math for each job: job total times the crew member's percentage. When the owner sends money, the crew member confirms it once it lands.

My Jobs
The crew member's jobs with their status, a Start Job button, a Book Job button, and a shortcut to send a service plan.

Available Jobs
Jobs posted to the board, each with its date, address and estimated hours. Tap to claim, and the owner approves.

Schedule
Every job grouped by day, with its status: confirmed, pending approval, completed or closed.

Calendar
The shared booking calendar: pick a day, see everyone's bookings and book an open slot.

Service plans
The business's plans. Quote a customer your own price, send it or share the link, and the sale is credited to you.

Map
The door-knocking map with the rep's own numbers: doors answered, quotes, bookings and close rate.
What you can do
- Invite a crew member by text and have them set up their own profile
- Let each person see their schedule, the board, a calendar and a map
- Show earnings, paid out and pending to each person
- Let a crew member confirm a payout once the money lands
- Let reps book jobs and send service plans from their phone
- Track when each payout was sent
- Turn a crew member on or off instantly
How it works
- 1You add a crew member by name and number. They get a text link and set up their own profile.
- 2They see their schedule, jobs posted to the board, a calendar and a map in the crew portal on their phone.
- 3As jobs complete, the Commission screen shows what is owed, upcoming, pending, sent and paid, with the math for each job.
- 4When you send a payout you record it. The crew member confirms it once the money lands.
- 5Reps can book jobs and send service plans from their phone, and are credited for the sale.
- 6If someone leaves, deactivate them and they lose access at once.
Who it is for
Window cleaning businesses whose reps and technicians are paid per job. It is most useful where pay questions cause friction and you would rather show the math than explain it.
What it does not do yet
KrewDash tracks earnings and records payouts, but it does not move money, run payroll or file 1099s. Year-end 1099 support is a planned item on the request board. Ask for it.
What it looks like in practice
Illustrations of the workflow for a window cleaning company, not customer stories.
Example: pay day without the argument
It is Friday and a technician wants to know what they earned. They open their portal and see each completed job, the job total, their percentage and what is pending. Nobody has to message you.
Example: confirming a payout
You send a technician a payout and mark it sent. The technician sees it as sent, and when it lands in their account they confirm it, so both sides have the same record.
Compared with spreadsheets and group texts
| Task | Spreadsheets and texts | With KrewDash |
|---|---|---|
| Showing someone what they earned | A text with a number they have to trust | Their own screen with the math per job |
| Knowing whether a payout went out | Scrolling your bank app and messages | Each payout is recorded and confirmed |
| Onboarding a new person | Explaining everything by phone | A text link and a self-setup profile |
| Offboarding | Hoping they stop using the group chat | Deactivate and access ends |
Questions about crew portal & payouts
Is this for contractors or employees?
KrewDash is built for crews paid per job, such as 1099 subcontractors. It tracks earnings and payouts. It does not file taxes or run payroll.
How does a crew member join?
You add them by name and number. They get a text link and set up their own profile.
What happens if someone leaves?
Deactivate them and they lose access. A deactivated member sees a message instead of a login loop.
Does KrewDash pay my crew?
No. It calculates and records earnings and payouts. You send the money the way you already do.
Can a crew member see other people's pay?
No. Each person sees their own jobs, earnings and payouts.
Does it work on any phone?
It runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen.
