Commissions that calculate themselves.
Commissions that calculate themselves and a leaderboard reps can see
KrewDash keeps a commission ledger: when a job is booked and completed, it works out what each rep and each technician earned. Two reps can split one job. Reps see what they have booked but not yet earned, and a leaderboard shows who is ahead. You can also turn on an optional commission ladder that raises a rep's rate as they book more in a period.

What you can do
- Set default commission rates for reps and technicians
- Split one job between two reps
- Let reps see what they have booked and what they have earned
- Show a rep leaderboard
- Turn on an optional commission ladder with a rate that steps up by period bookings
- Send the crew member a push or text when commission is credited
How it works
- 1You set default commission rates for reps and for technicians.
- 2When a job is booked, the rate is frozen on it. When the job completes, the ledger works out each person's share.
- 3Two reps can split one job, and each gets their share.
- 4Reps see what they have booked but not yet earned, and the leaderboard shows who is ahead.
- 5Optionally turn on a commission ladder: after a set number of bookings in a period, the rate steps up going forward.
- 6When commission is credited, the crew member can get a push or text.
Who it is for
Window cleaning owners who pay reps and technicians a percentage of each job, and who want reps to see what they have booked and earned without asking.
What it does not do yet
It calculates commission on jobs recorded in KrewDash. It does not pull jobs from other systems, and it does not pay anyone. Ask for it.
What it looks like in practice
Illustrations of the workflow for a window cleaning company, not customer stories.
Example: a split sale
One rep opens the door and a second closes the sale. The job is split between them, and each sees their share in their own portal without asking.
Example: a ladder in action
With the ladder on, a rep who books past the threshold in a week sees their rate step up on later bookings. Jobs they booked earlier keep the rate they were booked at.
Compared with spreadsheets and group texts
| Task | Spreadsheets and texts | With KrewDash |
|---|---|---|
| Working out who earned what | End-of-week math on a spreadsheet | A ledger that calculates per job |
| Splitting a sale | An argument | Split the job; each share is recorded |
| Motivating reps | Verbal promises | A leaderboard and a visible ladder |
| Changing a rate | Fear of rewriting history | Rates are frozen at booking, so old jobs keep theirs |
Questions about commissions & leaderboard
Do reps see the ladder?
Yes. A rep's home page shows how far they are from the next tier.
If I change a rate, does it change old jobs?
No. The rate is frozen at the time of booking, so past jobs keep the rate they were booked at.
What if a job is cancelled?
A cancelled job drops out of the count for the ladder.
Is the ladder on by default?
No. It is off by default and you turn it on per business, with optional overrides per person.
Do cancelled jobs count?
A cancelled job drops out of the count for the ladder.
Can reps see each other's earnings?
Reps see the leaderboard, and each sees their own earnings.
