Pressure washing software for crews that sell door to door
Pressure washing is won street by street: you knock, quote a driveway or a house wash, and book it. KrewDash is a CRM built for that loop. Tag every door, book the job from the pin, send a recurring plan, and pay the rep and the technician their cut automatically, for $297 a month for the whole team.

Why pressure washing crews outgrow the spreadsheet
The work is seasonal and local. Jobs cluster on the same streets. Much of the selling is on foot, and the person who sells the job is often not the person who washes the driveway. That creates three problems a spreadsheet handles badly: knowing which doors you have already hit, getting the right crew to the right job on the right day, and working out who earned what.
How KrewDash fits a pressure washing company
Know every door you have knocked. Reps tag a door in two taps, leave a callback for the homeowner who said try next week, and you see every rep's doors on one map. Canvassing map.
Turn a yes into a job on the spot. A rep can book a job straight from a door pin, and the job lands on the shared calendar. Shared calendar.
Sell the seasonal repeat. Driveways and siding are annual jobs. Send a plan page the customer signs and the visits appear automatically. Service plans.
Pay the seller and the washer correctly. Commissions for reps and technicians calculate per job, two reps can split a sale, and each person sees their own numbers. Commissions.
Stop losing the leads from ads. Meta lead ads, your booking form and door leads all land in one pipeline. Lead pipeline.
A typical week, as an example
This is an illustration of the workflow, not a customer story. A rep works a neighborhood on Tuesday evening, tags twenty doors, leaves three callbacks and books two driveway cleans from their phone. The jobs appear on the calendar, the technician sees them in the crew portal, and when the jobs complete the commissions for the rep and the technician are already worked out. On Friday the owner opens the dashboard to see what needs attention, not to reconstruct who did what.
What KrewDash does not do for pressure washing yet
There is no card payment processing, formal invoicing or accounting sync yet, and no equipment or chemical inventory tracking. If any of those is what you need first, tell us on the request board so it gets a vote.
Questions
Is KrewDash built for pressure washing?
It is being built with window and exterior cleaning businesses, and the workflow is the same for pressure washing: door-to-door selling, recurring repeat work and per-job crew pay.
Can I sell annual driveway or siding washes as a plan?
Yes. You send the customer a plan page with a price and a number of visits. When they sign, the visits are created and spread across the year.
Can my technician and my salesperson both earn from one job?
Yes. The commission ledger works out each person's share per job, and two reps can split one sale.
How much does it cost?
$297 a month for the whole team, or $97 a month for the owner plus two crew. Month-to-month.
