As of September 30, 2026, Workiz lists three plans. Standard covers scheduling, jobs, estimates and invoices, five automations, online payments, service areas, built-in reports, client management, custom fields, subcontractors management and a QuickBooks integration. Pro adds ten automations, AI lead and scheduling tools, custom reports and performance pay. Ultimate adds thirty automations, service plans, sales proposals, inventory, flat rate pricing, checklists and multi-day jobs, equipment tracking, purchase orders and an open API.
The pricing page shows no prices and asks you to request pricing. That means you cannot compare a number before you talk to the company, which is fine for some buyers and a dealbreaker for others.
If you want a large automation library, inventory and equipment tracking, Workiz covers more ground. If you want to know the price up front and run door-to-door reps with commission pay, KrewDash is narrower and built for that workflow.
