QuoteIQ is an estimating, scheduling and payments app that markets heavily to window cleaners, with satellite measuring, route optimization, online card payments and a plan ladder that starts at $29.99 a month. KrewDash is being built for window and exterior cleaners who run door-to-door reps and pay crew per job, at one flat price for the whole team. What QuoteIQ publishes about its pricing

As of October 6, 2026, QuoteIQ lists five plans billed monthly: Essentials at $29.99 for 1 user, Beginner at $99.99 for 2 users, Pro at $199.99 for 4 users, Elite at $299.99 for 10 users and Max at $699.99 for 20 users. Any plan can add users at $25 a month each. Annual billing is described as saving two months, every plan has a 14-day free trial that asks for a card, and payment processing fees are listed separately from the subscription.

Features step up with the plan. Estimates, invoices, scheduling, online payments and an AI call-answering service are on the entry plan. Satellite measuring, a job-photo tool, expense tracking and e-signatures come in at Beginner. Text and email automation, in-app calling, job costing and QuickBooks sync are listed at Pro. Route optimization, pipelines, the quote and booking tools, and crew time tracking are listed at Elite. Sales team tracking, crew management and an AI website builder are listed at Max.

For a team of three (the owner plus two crew), the published ladder works out to about $124.99 a month on Beginner with one extra user, or $199.99 on Pro, depending on which features you need. KrewDash is $97 a month for that team size, with every feature, and $297 a month once the team grows past it. For ten people, QuoteIQ's Elite plan is $299.99 and KrewDash is $297. The two do different things, so treat the arithmetic as context, not a like-for-like quote.

Where QuoteIQ is stronger

  • Measuring and quoting. Satellite property measurement, estimate options and e-signatures are built into the product. KrewDash has none of that yet.
  • Payments. Customers can pay by card, ACH, Apple Pay or Google Pay, with financing options. KrewDash does not process card payments yet.
  • Routing. QuoteIQ lists route optimization and route density views. KrewDash shows a day's route on the map but does not optimize the order.
  • Accounting and reviews. QuoteIQ lists a QuickBooks sync and automated review requests to several sites. KrewDash has no accounting sync, and its review flow sends one request at a time at close-out.
  • Low starting price. A solo owner can start at $29.99 a month. KrewDash's lowest plan is $97 a month for the owner plus two crew.

Where KrewDash fits better

  • You sell door to door. KrewDash has a team canvassing map, territories, callbacks and a per-rep funnel. How the map works.
  • You pay reps and techs per job. The commission ledger works out what each person earned, lets two reps split a job, and shows each person their own numbers. Commissions and leaderboard.
  • You want one price as the crew grows. $297 a month covers your whole team, however many reps and techs you add, with no per-user charges.
  • You want a say in the product. Every customer can request a feature and vote, and the most-requested ones go into the next build. See the request board.

Who should pick which

Pick QuoteIQ if you work mostly alone or with one employee, you want to measure and quote from satellite images, and you want to take card payments and sync with QuickBooks today. Pick KrewDash if you run reps and technicians, pay on commission, and want the canvassing-to-crew-pay loop in one app at a flat price. Some owners will want both for a while: KrewDash for the crew and sales side, and an estimating and payments tool until card payments arrive.

Switching from QuoteIQ

Onboarding is done for you. Tell the team what lives in your current system during setup, and they help you move customers and job history over rather than starting from zero. You can run both for a few weeks while your crew gets used to the new app.

Questions

Is KrewDash a QuoteIQ alternative?

For window and exterior cleaning crews that sell door to door and pay per job, yes. It covers scheduling, dispatch, texting, canvassing, commissions and crew pay. It does not yet measure properties from satellite images or take card payments, which QuoteIQ does.

How much does QuoteIQ cost compared with KrewDash?

As of October 6, 2026, QuoteIQ's plans run from $29.99 a month for one user to $699.99 for 20 users, with $25 a month for each extra user. KrewDash is $297 a month for the whole team or $97 a month for the owner plus two crew.

Does KrewDash have estimates and satellite measuring like QuoteIQ?

No. You enter quotes yourself and can turn a lead into a booked job, but there is no satellite measuring or estimate builder yet. You can ask for it on the request board.

Can I use KrewDash and QuoteIQ together?

Yes. Some crews keep an estimating and payments tool while they use KrewDash for dispatch, canvassing, commissions and crew pay.
