What Housecall Pro publishes about its pricing
As of September 30, 2026, Housecall Pro lists three plans. Basic is $79 per month billed monthly ($59 with annual billing) for one user. Essentials is $189 monthly ($149 annual) and includes five users. Max is $329 monthly ($299 annual) with eight users, and lists $35 per month for each additional user.
Basic covers online booking, invoices and payments, scheduling and dispatching, quotes and review management. Max adds a sales proposal tool, recurring service plans, route optimization, an open API and a dedicated onboarding specialist.
Where Housecall Pro is stronger
Payments and invoicing. It runs quotes, invoices and online payments. KrewDash does not take card payments yet.
Accounting. QuickBooks Online sync is listed on Essentials. KrewDash has no accounting sync.
Field tools. Employee GPS tracking, photo reports and checklist automations are listed on the higher tiers.
Maturity. Housecall Pro has a long track record and a large user base.
Where KrewDash fits better
Door-to-door selling. Territories, door tags, callbacks and a per-rep funnel, with bookings made straight from a pin.
Crew pay you can show. Each crew member sees what they earned, what was paid and what is pending, and confirms payouts when the money lands. Crew portal.
One flat price. Recurring plans, commissions and everything else are in the same $297. Nothing is gated behind a higher tier.
The roadmap is yours. Customers vote on what gets built. Request board.
Who should pick which
If you are a small crew that needs to send invoices, take card payments and sync with QuickBooks this month, Housecall Pro is the safer pick today. If you run door-to-door reps and pay on commission, and you would rather have one price than a ladder of tiers, KrewDash is built for that. You can start with KrewDash for the sales and crew side and keep your invoicing tool until card payments ship.
