One calendar. Everyone books.

One shared booking calendar for your whole crew

KrewDash gives the owner, sales reps and technicians one live calendar. Anyone with permission can book a job on an open slot, and anyone can move a job. Slots come from your business hours and from the calendars you choose to block, so a customer or a rep can only book a time you can actually do. If two jobs collide, the calendar warns you instead of silently allowing it.

What you can do

How it works

  1. 1Set your business hours, slot length and buffer time once in Settings.
  2. 2Optionally connect Google Calendar and choose which calendars block bookings. Only busy time is used.
  3. 3A crew member who does not want to connect can publish a free/busy-only calendar and paste its ID into their profile.
  4. 4Anyone with permission books a job on an open slot, from the owner's calendar or the crew portal.
  5. 5If two jobs collide, the calendar warns you rather than silently allowing it.
  6. 6Move or cancel a job from any side. The change shows everywhere, and a cancelled job frees its slot or can be rebooked.

Who it is for

Any window cleaning crew where more than one person books or does jobs. It matters most when reps sell on the doorstep and technicians work from phones, because everyone needs the same live picture.

What it does not do yet

The calendar warns about a double booking instead of blocking it, and it does not do automatic drive-time scheduling across the whole day. Ask for it.

What it looks like in practice

Illustrations of the workflow for a window cleaning company, not customer stories.

Example: a rep books from the doorstep

A rep agrees a clean with a homeowner for Friday morning. They open the calendar on their phone, see that 9 to 11 is free, and book it. The owner and the technician both see it immediately.

Example: a technician's day off

A technician publishes a free/busy calendar that shows their dentist appointment as busy. KrewDash reads only that it is busy, never what it is, and stops offering that slot.

Questions about shared calendar & scheduling

Does it connect to Google Calendar?

Yes. You can connect Google Calendar and choose which calendars block bookings. Only busy time is used to block slots.

What if a crew member does not want to connect their calendar?

They can publish a calendar as free/busy only and paste its ID into their profile. KrewDash reads only the busy blocks. No sign-in is needed.

Can two jobs be booked at the same time?

The calendar warns you about a double booking rather than blocking it, so you stay in control.

Can customers see the calendar?

Customers see only real open times, on your booking form. They never see job details.

Can I block holidays or time off?

Yes. Connect or publish a calendar that shows the time as busy and it will be blocked.

What does the buffer time do?

It leaves a gap between jobs for driving and setup, so the booking form does not offer back-to-back slots a crew cannot reach.
